The Museum's research and documentation center contains archaeologists' offices, and work rooms outfitted for dig analysis, treatment, and publication.

The Interdepartmental Mosaic and Painted Plaster Restoration Workshop, created at the beginning of the 1980s, has attained an international reputation due to its technology.
